Job Description

What will I be doing?

As an Activations Agent you would be responsible for executing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Give the best guest experience possible that falls in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.
Meet minimum production standards for both reservations and transfers of our marketing packages
Transfer guests to our different Transfer Partners
Expertise in the reselling and saving of packages
Keeping accurate log of reservations on spreadsheet
Assist management with special projects
Ensure the privacy and security of confidential information about our guest and our company
Maintain an upbeat, positive and motivated demeanor especially when interacting with Hilton guests, coworkers, and managers.
Follow up with guests to book dates or assist for customer service reasons
Call open marketing package guests to verify details, answer questions and attempt to LOCK in dates for their open-dated package.
